This 7-day itinerary is the granddaddy of all itineraries. You’ll fly over, float down and ride through The Grand Canyon, explore state parks on foot, gaze upon national monuments, and witness countless stunning spots in between, all the while celebrating your dear friend as she begins her next journey on this crazy ride of life.

You’ll find tranquil sunrises, fiery sunsets, and unadulterated views of the Milky Way. You’ll gape at technicolor cliffs, massive arches, and brilliant-hued hoodoos. You’ll discover wide-open spaces, tight slot canyons, and vertiginous views and more!

Do I have to wear my mask the whole time?

To keep everyone as safe as possible, we require the wearing of masks in all public areas.

When you are on your own, please follow all local laws-ask your guide if you are unsure about each city's current COVID19 Mask policy.

Is breakfast included?

Sometimes.

When staying in hotels, breakfast is included.
Under Canvas Grand Canyon does not include breakfast, but they have a restaurant onsite.
All other hotels have a continental breakfast.

What are the differences between the tent types?

Safari Tent (best for single, double or triple occupancy):

• The Safari Tents have camp-style shared bathroom facilities (NO en-suite)

• The Safari Tent has either a King bed OR 3 twin beds

Suite Tent (best for triple or quad occupancy):

• The Suite Tent has a King bed and a pull out Queen bed (with en-suite)

Deluxe Tent (best for single or double occupancy):

• The Deluxe Tent has a King bed only (with en-suite)

Is there electricity in the glamping tents?

Just like camping, there are no outlets in the tent which means no mini fridge or coffee maker. However, there are battery powered fans & lanterns with USB plugs so you can charge at least 2 cell phones. If you need a powered battery for a CPAP or medical device just let us know in advance of your stay, so that we can request one. Powered batteries are available on a first come first served basis.

Are the tents air conditioned?

The tents do not have air conditioning. They do have USB fans and misting systems to help cool the tents a little.
Keep in mind that while the average temperature in the summer is in the mid to upper 80’s, the evening temps typically stay in the 60’s.

What can I do to avoid the 3% processing fees?

If you would like to avoid the 3%processing fees, you may pay by check or by Zelle.

Zelle is preferred, as it is instantaneous and has no additional fees.

For international travel, a passport book is required. Most locations require at least 6 months before expiration on your passport, as well as 2 blank visa pages. SUGGESTED PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Due to the upcoming date of travel and availability at properties and for activities, payment needs to be made in full ASAP.
Full payment (plus insurance)- due no later than March 1, 2022.

Cancellation in writing must be received by Zone Travel 60 days prior to departure for appropriate refund on the land tour cost minus the following fees:
