Amy’s Bday
Happy Birthday, Amy!
Take all day today to do whatever you want. Relax by the pool, get a spa treatment, go horseback riding or hiking… maybe you want to go out on the town tonight!
This day is purposely unstructured so that you can play it by ear and settle in to the vacation.
(Perhaps use this day to go pick out all your camping gear for later in the trip.)

July 18:
Hit the road to Sedona
-Boyton Canyon
-Birthing Cave Trail
-Stargazing
Now that you’ve celebrated, it’s time to hit the road! Today, you’ll drive up to Sedona and check into your hotel.
After getting settled and enjoying some lunch, lace up your hiking boots and hit the trails! Not far from your hotel will be the Boyton Canyon and the (aptly named for this trip) Birthing Cave Trail.
Just off the ultra-popular Sedona trails is this secluded, quiet hike that brings you to an amazing hidden cave, with stunning vista views of Sedona, making you feel more connected to the sacred ground here.
Tonight, you’ll get an unparalleled peek at the astronomical wonders of the Arizona night sky during a nighttime stargazing excursion.
Led by professional astronomers, the tour includes an introduction to the solar system using a high-powered laser pointer. Use specialized telescopes to see close-up views of planets, galaxies, star clusters, and nebula.
*Lodging (2nt): Hampton Inn Sedona

Today you’ll taste the best of Sedona!

At one of the wineries we will have a picnic, outside next to the grape vines or inside. The picnic is served on linens, it includes your own personal charcuterie tray. This tray includes French bread, gourmet cheeses, hard salami, olive oil with balsamic vinegar, grapes, nuts and chocolates, for each individual person on the tour.
At one of the award winning wineries we will be touring the production facility and barrel room. There we will discuss the wine making process and what it takes to make a cluster of grapes into an award winning bottle of wine.
This evening, explore Sedona’s downtown and enjoy reminiscing over the days experiences.
