PAYMENT SCHEDULE

There will be 1 payment due to Zone Travel to cover your travel insurance, the private dinner and the transportation as well as our fees and commissions. This will come in a separate invoice from Zone Travel.

The other payments are due to the resort within the deadline dates below.
A private link will be sent to you upon completing our registration form and reservation of your room type with the resort. (This could take a few days to gather from the resort as it has to be issued from the accounting department.)
You will make these payments at your leisure to the resort, directly, using the private payment link:

• 1st Payment: Non-refundable deposit of 1nt stay (due immediately)

• 2nd Payment: (35%) 130 days prior to arrival (April 1st, 2022)

• 3rd Payment: (45%) 100 days prior to arrival (May 1st, 2022)

• 4th Payment: 30 days prior to arrival remainder total charges (July 1st, 2022)

REGISTRATION 

• Please complete a registration form (per person) ASAP to start the process of reserving your room with the group.

FINAL PAYMENT

• Payments not received on time will result in reservation cancellation without refund.

• Additional bookings after the final payment deadline may result in higher prices, less availability and additional administrative fees.

• Fee amounts imposed are at the discretion of Zone Travel.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation in writing must be received by Zone Travel 60 days prior to departure for appropriate refund on the land tour cost minus the following fees:

Zone Travel LLC strongly suggests purchasing Trip Cancellation insurance. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider as most U.S. medical coverage will not cover you outside of the country.

Insurance costs are based on the total package cost, including air taxes and charges listed under "Included."

Where do we meet our driver?

Airport Pickup: Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed through customs. Your greeter waits in the arrivals hall. Present your confirmation and photo ID to the driver upon pickup.

Hotel Pickup: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel at the hotel pick-up time listed on this confirmation; please be ready and waiting 15 minutes before the meeting time Present your confirmation and photo ID to the driver upon pickup.

Can I fly my drone at the resort?

No.
The use of drones or artifacts that fly or float in or on the premises of the resort is strictly forbidden.
