IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?

No, not by Zone Travel
You may have airport transportation included with your tour company that arranged your Thailand itinerary. We will not be able to support this, as we were not involved in that booking process.

WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN TO THE Marina bay sands HOTEL?

We have secured your hotel for the night prior, so that when you arrive, you may have immediate access to your room.
Feel free to set your things down, freshen up or take a quick nap.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?

Not at Marina Bay Sands.
In an effort to save costs, we did not include breakfast at the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

Can I have my bags held while I explore the Changi Airport in Singapore?

Yes!
If you need your baggage looked after, so you can shop hands-free or leave the airport comfortably, visit the Left Baggage counters located in each terminal at the Changi Airport. 

Please note that all bags or items that you decide to leave with this vendor need to be inspected as part of their security requirements.

Tell me more about the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary!

Phuket Elephant Sanctuary was founded by Mr. Montri Todtane, who owned an elephant riding camp in Southern Phuket in the past and decided to change his approach towards a more compassionate form of elephant tourism in 2016.

Inspired by Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Phuket Elephant Sanctuary is a new and final home for elephants who have worked their entire lives in the logging and tourism industry. By joining our programs, visitors can support ethical elephant tourism while enjoying an inspiring and educational experience.

Since opening the sanctuary, Mr. Montri is constantly pushing the boundaries in order to provide the highest level of animal welfare. Interaction with the elephants therefore is limited to a short, non-intrusive feeding moment during some of the tours, and visitors also have the choice to join a “Hands Off Experience” that is currently the only pure observation experience on the island.

In 2020, Phuket Elephant Sanctuary took ethical elephant tourism to yet another level and launched Thailand’s longest canopy walkway from which visitors can observe elephants as they live freely and naturally in the jungle below.

CAN I PAY BY ZELLE?

Yes!

We started taking Zelle payments last month and we found this to be a fast and FREE way to pay!
For those who don’t know what Zelle is… it is very much like a wire transfer (but it is not a wire transfer).

Everyone’s bank is different, though, so you may want to call/go in to your local bank and ask to have the maximum amount available to transfer every day.

Example: Some banks only allow $500/day transfer. Other banks will allow $1200/day.

Always be careful when making payments through Zelle to people that you do not know. There is no protection guarantee provided and you cannot reverse the fee.

The Pros for using Zelle:

• It is FREE (no processing fees)!

• It is instantaneous (funds will go directly to Zone Travel- so this is the absolute fastest way to make a payment)

The Cons for using Zelle:

• Every bank is different when it comes to maximum amount available to be transferred every day. So, this may mean that you need to make multiple payments to Zone Travel, multiple days in a row.

• It does require an app download onto your phone, and you need to set up your account with your bank information.

CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

Yes!

If you would like to avoid the 4%processing fees, you may pay by check.
It is very important that you pay in advance of the deadlines and allow ample time for delivery.

For international travel, a passport book is required. Most locations require at least 6 months before expiration on your passport, as well as 2 blank visa pages. CANCELLATION

Cancellation in writing must be received by Zone Travel.

We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers ("Suppliers"). Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.

Zone Travel is acting as intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.
