F.A.Q.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE refreshment AND deluxe BEVERAGE PACKAGES?

While both packages offer unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (like soda, juices, and hot beverages), the Deluxe package offers alcoholic beverages (like cocktails, beers, wines and liqueurs)

Please note that all guests staying in the same room need to purchase the same drink package.

See the image below for the full breakdown in the differences between the packages.

DINING ONBOARD the Enchantment of the seas:

Main dining room - Included
In the Main Dining Room, you can experience flavors that take you from Jamaica to Jaipur, a rotating menu of delicious dishes always offering something unexpected. A multi-level restaurant that in the morning is the perfect spot to enjoy a hearty brunch paired with refreshing mimosas, at dinnertime transforms into a world class dining experience with a menu that invites you to taste your way around the world course by course.

Park Cafe - Included
In the mood for deli classics that knock it out of the park? Head to Park Café, where you’ll find quick bites to please every palate. Crisp made-to-order salads? Check. Fresh-pressed paninis and sandwiches? Double check. And don’t miss the legendary Royal Kümmelweck roast beef sandwich — it’s a guest favorite (and a rite of passage for cruising foodies).

Windjammer - Included
The Windjammer is your go-to restaurant for tantalizing global flavors served complimentary. Like just-pressed paninis packed with all your favorite meats and cheeses. Flaky pastries fresh from the oven and omelets any way you like them. And hearty mains that run the gamut from crispy buttermilk fried chicken to Vietnamese braised Ho Chi Minh pork.

A la carte options - Additional costs
Chops Grille
For more than a decade, the chefs of Chops Grille have proudly presented quality, hand cut steaks at this hallmark Royal Caribbean restaurant. Now, they give you a fresh twist on a favorite, with a revamped menu that brings contemporary flair to traditional steakhouse offerings. Most intriguing: our exceptional prime meat. This prime beef is joined by Maine lobster, grilled branzino and other succulent dishes paired with addictive sides and irresistible desserts.

Chef’s table
Welcome to Chef’s Table, the most exclusive and elevated dining experience on our fleet. Join an intimate group of fellow foodies on a private epicurean journey led by the ship’s Chef de Cuisine. You’ll sit down to a white tablecloth dinner spotlighting five exquisite courses that range from scallop carpaccio with yuzu vinaigrette, to grilled filet mignon served with truffle potato puree — each expertly paired with the perfect wine to highlight every flavor on the menu.

Cafe Latte tudes
When you find yourself craving a steaming hot cuppa, Café Latte-tudes has just what you need. From a nice breakfast blend to get you going to an after-dinner cappuccino or macchiato, you’ll find all your favorite sweets and specialty coffee beverages at this cozy cafe.`

Room service
Want to savor a meal in the comfort of your stateroom? Order delicious in-room dining any time — day or night. Tuck into breakfast in bed with a fresh omelet or a steaming stack of pancakes. Or enjoy an intimate date night in after a long day of adventure onboard and ashore. Room service makes it easy to treat your taste buds without having to set foot outside your door.

Can I purchase just the cruise option for now and possibly add the excursions later?

Yes!
What’s most important is making sure that we have a cabin secured for you. So if you’re on the fence about adding the excursions or the drink package, etc… that’s okay! Just sign up for the cruise for the time being.

Can I sign up for some of the excursions but not all of them?

No.
We have the excursions as a full package. We cannot separate it out and have some excursions for one port but not for another.
You can purchase the package and have access to all the excursions- if you want to enjoy all of them, you can.. and if you want to sit one port out and enjoy the beach or the ship, or do something else, you can do that too!

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

You should dress for a cruise the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort.

We recommend you bring a sweater, a jacket or an all-weather coat for cool evenings, and for shore excursions, depending on your destination. Due to unpredictable weather, don't forget a hat or visor and a collapsible umbrella. Please be sure to bring proper clothing for visits to religious sites. You'll also want low-heeled, rubber soled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals to wear.

There are three designations for dress codes: Casual, Smart Casual and Formal.

Casual
You're on vacation – relax!

  • Jeans, shorts, tees, tank tops, polos, sundresses and blouses are all the right amount of laid back.

Please keep swimwear to the Pool Deck.

Smart Casual

Why is my insurance quote different than what is listed in the Registration Form?

The pricing we have listed on this webpage (and in the Registration Form) is just an example. Lots of factors go into the total cost of the insurance policy, including things like age, where you live, how far in advance is the trip, how much is the cost of the package, etc.

If you’d like, once we receive your registration form, we would be glad to send you a customized comparison from the insurance company. This way you can compare the policies and the pricing to help make an informed decision.
If this is what you prefer, please choose the option “Other- I’d like more plan option” on your Registration Form.

Can I pay by Zelle?

Yes!

We started taking Zelle payments last month and we found this to be a fast and FREE way to pay!
For those who don’t know what Zelle is… it is very much like a wire transfer (but it is not a wire transfer).

Everyone’s bank is different, though, so you may want to call/go in to your local bank and ask to have the maximum amount available to transfer every day.

Example: Some banks only allow $500/day transfer. Other banks will allow $1200/day.

Always be careful when making payments through Zelle to people that you do not know. There is no protection guarantee provided and you cannot reverse the fee.

The Pros for using Zelle:

  • It is FREE (no processing fees)!

  • It is instantaneous (funds will go directly to Zone Travel- so this is the absolute fastest way to make a payment)

The Cons for using Zelle:

  • Every bank is different when it comes to maximum amount available to be transferred every day. So, this may mean that you need to make multiple payments to Zone Travel, multiple days in a row.

  • It does require an app download onto your phone, and you need to set up your account with your bank information.

Can I pay by check?

Yes!

If you would like to avoid the 4%processing fees, you may pay by check.
It is very important that you pay in advance of the deadlines and allow ample time for delivery.

Payments received after the deadline could result in cancelation of your reservation or increased fees.

There are two ways to pay by check:

  • Mail the check

  • Deposit directly at a local branch
