October 5:
Grand Tetons Tour at Dusk

3pm: Gather at a Teton Village resort to meet your tour group and guide.
(details of which location are coming soon)

This tour is four-hour and centered on wildlife observation.

Grand Teton National Park encompasses 310,000 acres and is home to numerous large mammals. Elk, moose, mule deer, pronghorn, bison, bighorn sheep, bear, and wolves can all be seen within the park boundaries. Numerous species of birds including eagles, hawks, and owls can also be observed.

This tour also focuses on the human and natural history of Grand Teton National Park as well as the diverse geology within the park.

October 6:
Yellowstone National Park Tour

Your driver and guide will pick you up at your address this morning (time is TBD)

The Yellowstone National Park Old Faithful and Lower Loop Tour is a fantastic way to observe wildlife as well as take in Yellowstone’s numerous geyser basins.

Your day will begin by passing through Grand Teton National Park, taking time to stop and observe wildlife and scenery along the way.

You will continue on to Yellowstone National Park, making stops at Old Faithful geyser, Yellowstone Lake, the Lower Falls of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, as well as several other geyser basins. Yellowstone National Park’s rich history, geology, wildfires and wildlife will be discussed in detail throughout the tour. Wildlife that is often observed on this tour are bison, grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, moose, elk, eagles, mule deer, pronghorn, and coyotes.

We will have offer many stops throughout the tour for guests to get out of the vehicle and observe the different wildlife viewing opportunities with the binoculars and scope that we provide, and to walk the various boardwalks we stop at.

This tour will include a picnic style lunch that will be served by your guide.
The total length of this tour is approximately 12 hours.

October 7:
Horseback Riding

Today, travel to Moran, WY (about an hour north of Jackson) and enjoy a 2 hour beautiful horseback ride through the mountains just outside of Grand Teton National Park.

With sweeping views of the Tetons, your wranglers will take you on along the Snake River on one of the most scenic rides in America.

When you return to the ranch, grab a bite to eat (your own expense) at the Bronze Boot Saloon, Buffalo Valley Cafe, or simply wander the property to see the 100 plus horses, before traveling back to Jackson for the evening.

The Saloon and Cafe are open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

*All pricing & availability is subject to change until completed through the booking process. If your vacation package includes airfare, baggage fees may be an additional cost. For international travel, a passport book is required. Most locations require at least 6 months before expiration on your passport, as well as 2 blank visa pages. CANCELLATION

Cancellation in writing must be received by Zone Travel prior to departure for appropriate refund on the land tour cost minus the following fees. Airline penalties are not part of the percentages below and vary based on each individual airline policy.

Commissions and Travel insurance are non-refundable.
