F.A.Q.
What is an ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION (ETA)?
An Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is NOT a Visa.
Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs) are an entry requirement for foreign nationals who are exempt from a visa but are traveling to or transiting through a country. ETAs allow the destination country to screen travelers before they arrive.

What are my MORE at sea options?
Please Note:
All guests staying in the same cabin must choose the same drink package.
Balcony cabins will have 4 dinners included in the More At Sea option.
Inside cabins will have 2 dinner included in the More At Sea option.
For the 3rd and 4th guests in a cabin, they must purchase specialty meals Ala carte. The More At Sea package is not an option.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
You should dress for a cruise the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort.
We recommend you bring a sweater, a jacket or an all-weather coat for cool evenings, and for shore excursions, depending on your destination. Due to unpredictable weather, don't forget a hat or visor and a collapsible umbrella. Please be sure to bring proper clothing for visits to religious sites. You'll also want low-heeled, rubber soled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals to wear.
There are three designations for dress codes: Casual, Smart Casual and Formal.
Casual
You're on vacation – relax!
Jeans, shorts, tees, tank tops, polos, sundresses and blouses are all the right amount of laid back.
Please keep swimwear to the Pool Deck.
Smart Casual
Guest attire should be in keeping with what they would wear to a nice restaurant at home.
Skirts/dresses, slacks, and sweaters for ladies
Pants and open-neck shirts for men
Inappropriate dinner wear such as pool or beach attire, shorts, ball caps and casual jeans (with fraying and/or holes) are not permitted in the dining rooms. Shoes must be worn.
Formal
When formal nights are held, please observe the dress code in the Traditional Dining and Anytime Dining venues for the enjoyment of all the guests.
Evening gowns and cocktail dresses for women
Tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with a tie for men
Can I pay by Zelle?
Yes!
We started taking Zelle payments last month and we found this to be a fast and FREE way to pay!
For those who don’t know what Zelle is… it is very much like a wire transfer (but it is not a wire transfer).
Everyone’s bank is different, though, so you may want to call/go in to your local bank and ask to have the maximum amount available to transfer every day.
Example: Some banks only allow $500/day transfer. Other banks will allow $1200/day.
Always be careful when making payments through Zelle to people that you do not know. There is no protection guarantee provided and you cannot reverse the fee.
The Pros for using Zelle:
It is FREE (no processing fees)!
It is instantaneous (funds will go directly to Zone Travel- so this is the absolute fastest way to make a payment)
The Cons for using Zelle:
Every bank is different when it comes to maximum amount available to be transferred every day. So, this may mean that you need to make multiple payments to Zone Travel, multiple days in a row.
It does require an app download onto your phone, and you need to set up your account with your bank information.
Can I pay by check?
Yes!
If you would like to avoid the 4%processing fees, you may pay by check.
It is very important that you pay in advance of the deadlines and allow ample time for delivery.
Payments received after the deadline could result in cancelation of your reservation or increased fees.
There are two ways to pay by check:
Mail the check
Deposit directly at a local branch
